The real dream is to be completely free“, says Yves Rossy, a former fighter jets and passenger jets pilot.

His dream was achieved using the Jetman wing, the result of 20 years of innovation during which 15 prototypes of the jet-pack, with varying shapes, profiles and sizes were tested.
Till now, Yves Rossy has conducted winged flights over the Swiss Alps, the English Channel, the Grand Canyon and other iconic locations.

He and his new partner, BASE jumper and skydiver Vince Reffet, announced the completion of another first – a twin human formation flight – a historic moment for Jetman Dubai and for aviation globally.
The Jetman Dubai pair’s record setting twin human formation saw them fly together over landmarks like the iconic Burj Khalifa, The Palm Jumeirah and the Liwa desert.

They need the assistance of another aircraft to take flight, but can gain altitude and sustain flight for anywhere from 6 to 13 minutes at speeds between 111-186 mph (180-300 km/h).
